Recently I was looking up and creating a list of free things that are mostly available to everyone. Granted, you may have to operate on free trials only. This might be helpful for anyone looking to spend some time.

I made this list in part with ChatGPT.

If any of these are not valid or up to date, I apologize. No guarantees, warranties, etc! Buyer beware — AKA free! Caveat Emptor!

having reported [the ghosts’] presence in both a national publication… and the local press… defendant is estopped to deny their existence and, as a matter of law, the house is haunted.

Stambovsky v. Ackley, 169 A.D.2d 254 (N.Y. App. Div. 1991) as a refernce to the notion of caveat emptor.
